Filtered out one proband diagnosed with ID.

Additional probands were added by manually reading supplementary informations and TABLE 1 as they were not included in Supplementary Table 1

Samples that had SSCXXXXXXXXX where the XXXXX part matched exactly an official SSC ID (minus the .p1 indicator for the proband)  were changed to the official SSC ID if the variant call was matching in a separate cohort

Samples not explicitely labelled as ASD were removed.
