Table was extracted and merged from multiple excel sheets.

Duplicates were flagged and removed.

Removing unaffected siblings: 

Filtered for category that didn't have hcASD of pASD as the diagnosis.
This still yields a few probands that should be included.
	
Then filter out SSC ids ending with .s1.
Curiously, 13012.s1 and 13606.s1 are listed as pASD .
but the SSC metadata lists them as "unaffected." (Using Wuxi NextCODE sample view).

Note: The ID 5061_201_child from Neale2012 was resused in Wilsey2013, under 5061.201. We updated this ID to match Neale2012.
