Original data was in hg18. Used liftover to convert to hg19 and created VARICARTA_start/stop columns to store the converted coordinates.

Created VARICARTA_sampleid column because original data did not have sample id identifiers. All variants are shared between two related subjects – VariCarta subject ID’s were created to reflect two probands.
