Created VARICARTA_Pos column because original coordinates was off by 1 for samples where Ref has more than 1 base. For those, VARICARTA_Pos = Pos + 1.

Coordinate 6534708 had a white space after Ref allele - was removed in VARICARTA_Ref.

Created VARICARTA_Alt column to change "null" entries to empty "" entries.

Changed ID AC724_child to AC724.child as the latter was used in 4 other studies (Lim2017, Satterstrom2018, DeRubeis2014, Kosmicki2017)

Removed a whitespace trailing sample ID "AU07204 ", "C	", and "T ".

Note: The ID 5061_201_child and 5060_201_child were resused in Wilsey 2013 and Lim2017, under 5061.201 and 5060_201 respectively. We updated those papers to match Neale2012.
