Split variants with '&' in row by duplicating row and adding a _splitrow column as a flag. The ampersand split goes to _Dindel_Ref,_Dindel_Var,_Pos_hg19 of each row.

One PAX5 variants had AG -> * as the alt which appears to be a typo. Comparing with Iossifov2012, Iossifov2014, Kosmicki2017, O’Roak2014 and Willsey2013, we can retroactively fix the variant to be AG -> A.
