We first combined SupData 5 and SupData7 to append phenotipic information to the variant data. We also added variants from SupData17, which are the ones found in the replication cohort.

We modifed the ref and alt bases for indels so that there is always an anchor base.

We fixed the coordinate for case 3-0167-000 for ULK4 variant, which was one base off.
