Filtered for ASD phenotype and excluded CNV samples

Created VARICARTA_Pos_hg19 and VARICARTA_Inheritance columns
	VARICARTA_Pos_hg19 was necessary because the chromosome position for SampleID "2-1337-03" was off by 1. Set the new position to be the old position-1 for this case.

Changed one the of "Type" columns to "VARICARTA_Type2" as having recurrent spreadsheet header names causes issues.

Removed CNV rows under VARICARTA_Type2 column

Created VARICARTA_Sampleid column to change certain sample IDs by prepending Ben-Shalom2017: to the original sample ID to prevent conflicts with other publications using similar subject ID’s or to prevent ambiguity of variants sharing similar ID’s.

Changed SampleID's ending with -03 to -003 to be consistent with other publications having the same variant.
Changed SampleID ASD_5 to have the Codina-Sola2015 prefix as this is the reported source of the paper.
Changed SampleID from Tavassoli has been remamed to 220-9736-202
